phpvip Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and phpvip ("phpvip", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phpvip online gaming platform available at phpvip.net, including all associated mobile applications, software, content and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phpvip Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the phpvip service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the phpvip Platform.

These Terms apply to all phpvip services, including but not limited to the casino section, live casino tables, esports section and all phpvip mobile applications. To register and use phpvip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the Platform from within the Philippines.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close relative of a phpvip employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

phpvip takes the 21+ age requirement seriously and will carry out age verification checks during registration and at any point thereafter. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately closed, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled and any deposits made may be returned at phpvip's discretion after deducting any promotional credits used.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phpvip Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. phpvip makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

To access the full functionality of phpvip, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines and a valid contact email address.

Each individual may register only one phpvip account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address or payment method used. If phpvip identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same player, all accounts may be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpvip account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. phpvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

You must notify phpvip immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your phpvip account. phpvip reserves the right to suspend your account while any suspected unauthorised access is investigated.

phpvip may require you to provide additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

All phpvip accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by phpvip at the time of your transaction. Supported Philippine payment methods currently include GCash, Maya and Philippine bank transfers. phpvip may add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

All funds deposited into your phpvip account must come from a payment source that is legally owned by you. Deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the voiding of any associated winnings.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the phpvip deposit section. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. phpvip reserves the right to impose additional deposit restrictions on individual accounts where necessary.

phpvip processes deposits in real time where technically possible. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial service provider. phpvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or technical issues outside phpvip's control.

Deposits are intended for use on the phpvip Platform only. phpvip does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the account inactivity policy.

You may request a withdrawal of your available phpvip account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. phpvip may request that you withdraw to a different method in certain circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, phpvip may require you to complete identity verification, including providing a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address and verification of your payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification is complete.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the phpvip withdrawal section. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only — phpvip does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

• GCash withdrawals: typically processed within one business day, subject to verification.
• Maya withdrawals: typically processed within one business day, subject to verification.
• Philippine bank transfers: may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

phpvip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms. If a withdrawal is withheld, phpvip will notify you and provide a reason where legally permitted to do so.

Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to specific wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. These requirements will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited to your account.

phpvip may offer bonuses, promotions and other incentive programmes to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each offer. By accepting any phpvip bonus or promotion, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for gaming purposes on the phpvip Platform. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money through the completion of any applicable wagering requirements.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Specific wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. phpvip reserves the right to exclude certain games from contributing to wagering requirements.

phpvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If phpvip suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or other exploitative methods — phpvip may void the bonus and any associated winnings and suspend the player's account.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device. Players found to be attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will have all associated accounts suspended.

phpvip provides access to a range of online gaming products including casino slot games, live casino tables featuring baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Sic Bo, and an esports section. All games available on the phpvip Platform are sourced from established software providers and are subject to their own game rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters.

phpvip does not manipulate game outcomes. Slot games use certified random number generators (RNG). Live casino games are operated by professional human dealers in real time. phpvip is not responsible for game outcomes — the results of each game are determined by the game mechanics and, in the case of live tables, by real-world physical events such as card draws or wheel spins.

You acknowledge and accept that:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and potential legal action:

• Registering under a false identity or providing inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one phpvip account.
• Using any software, tool, bot, script, algorithm or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate any account activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or glitches in the phpvip Platform or any game hosted thereon.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, coordinated betting or any other form of cheating.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits on phpvip — including but not limited to funds obtained through fraud, theft or money laundering.
• Accessing the phpvip Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the phpvip Platform or the gaming experience of other players.
• Attempting to circumvent phpvip's responsible gaming tools or age verification processes.
• Selling, transferring or otherwise dealing in phpvip account credits, balances or bonuses.

phpvip monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If you suspect another player is engaging in prohibited conduct, please report it to the phpvip support team.

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any phpvip content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any phpvip software or application.
• Use the phpvip name, logo or any associated trademarks without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the phpvip Platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpvip shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any other financial loss.

phpvip does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions. phpvip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpvip is not liable for:

• Any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside phpvip's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, acts of government or natural disasters.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any losses resulting from your participation in gaming activities on the Platform, including all wagering losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phpvip's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phpvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive or suspicious account activity.
• Non-compliance with phpvip's age verification requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• At phpvip's discretion for any reason where continued account operation is deemed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

You may close your phpvip account at any time by contacting the phpvip support team. Before your account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining real money balance. Bonus balances are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phpvip reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. phpvip will notify you of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

phpvip may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpvip will notify registered players via email to the address on file or by displaying a notice on the phpvip Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the phpvip Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the updated Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your phpvip account or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phpvip informally by contacting the phpvip support team at [email protected]. phpvip will endeavour to respond to and resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue formal resolution through the appropriate legal channels in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
